Yoga exercises for spondylolisthesis help in correcting the imbalance of the muscles in the back, thus alleviating discomfort and pain. There is a list of "best Spondylolisthesis stretches" that one can try. These include inverted poses, twists and forward bends while making sure to keep the spine in a neutral position. Spondylolisthesis is a condition where one vertebra slips over another vertebra in the spinal cord due to degeneration of the discs between two adjacent vertebrae.
